Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all screen protectors, cables, or accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
